OjaMove is:

• Community-Focused : On OjaMove, users can share reviews, post jobs and message directly with service providers through a secure and interactive profile.
• Budget Friendly: Users can find the help they need at their price point. They can compare prices between service providers or post their job with a proposed a price point and directly negotiate with service providers.
• Flexible: Find the level of help you need. Users can choose to work with individual providers or business providers.
• Hassle-free: The platform is easy to use and user-friendly.
• A Branding Tool: The platform gives service providers a way to stand out among the competi-tion and brand their business or service. They are able to create a customizable professional profile, add photos and bios for their employees and communicate directly with users.

To create an account on OjaMove as a Service Provider:

1. Go to http://ojamove.com and find the register link or go directly to https://www.ojamove.com/register.
2. Click on the Service Provider tab.
3. Select business type.
   1. Select Individual if you are a one-person service provider, or 
      1. enter your first and last name,
      2. your phone number and email,
      3. Choose a strong password,
      4. Enter your business name,
      5. Double-check the information and click on Create Account.
   2. Select Company if you have a company with more than one person.
      1. Enter your full name (name of company representative),
      2. Enter your company’s name and company email address,
      3. Enter your company’s full address,
      4. Choose a strong password,
      5. Double-check the information and click on Create Account.

4. In order to verify your email address, we will send you an email with a link. Click on the link to verify your email. Please check your spam/junk if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Very Important!

• Please note that you cannot use same email for multiple accounts at a time.
• Your email is not available to the public.
• The email address must be valid.

To update your provider account:

1. Login using your company email and the password.
2. Once you signed in, click edit to update your information.
   1. Edit your Address.
   2. Enter your minimum service charges.
   3. Enter the maximum distance you are willing to travel to provide a service. For truck drivers, the maximum distance you are willing to drive to.
   4. Enter the number of trucks you have.
   5. Enter the number of your employees
   6. Enter the year you were founded.
   7. Enter your phone number.
   8. Tell us about your company and services.
   9. Enter links to your social media pages.
   10. Enter your company website.
   11. Upload your cover and profile pictures.
   12. Click save to save.
3. After updating your information, click on the Services tab to:
   1. select the services you provide. Please note that you can select more than one service.
   2. Enter the cities you serve.
   3. Then click save to save.
4. Manage Items Prices - You can only manage the item prices after you’ve selected the type of services you provide. To manage item prices:
   1. Click on your company name and logo at the top right of the page.
   2. Select Manage Items Prices from the dropdown.
   3. On the next page, you will see tabs of the type of services you selected.
   4. Click on each tab to enter Items Prices and Price per Hour.
   5. Add the price you charge for each item and click save.
5. Manage Employees – To manage/add your employee’s profiles, select Manage Employees from the dropdown.
   1. Click on Add Employee and enter name, email, location, phone number and profile picture.

To create an account on OjaMove as a Service Taker:

1. Go to http://ojamove.com and find the register link or go directly to https://www.ojamove.com/register.
2. Click on the Service Taker tab.
   1. Enter your first and last name,
   2. Enter your phone number and email,
   3. Choose a strong password,
   4. Double-check the information and click on Create Account.

To update your Service Take account:

1. Login using your email and the password.
2. Enter your address or city.
3. Ojamove is a community. Tell us about yourself.
4. Enter your phone number.
5. Enter links to your social media pages.
6. Upload your profile picture.
7. Click save to save
